Another one bites the dust.
Well another pound has been shed from my body. YEAH 140's here I come. This week I will be trying to walk atleast 3 times a week. Maybe more weight will come off. I do not feel deprieved because I can eat whatever just on a smaller scale and as long as I do not go over in points I am good.
